Scheduling a Trial Class at Bay Dance Collective

We’re so excited to welcome new dancers into our community! If you’re interested in trying a class before enrolling, follow the simple steps below to schedule your trial.

Step 1: Create a Student Account

Start by creating a student account in our Student Portal. This account allows you to view our class schedule, register for trials, manage enrollments, and make payments.

Step 2: Select a Trial Class

Once your account is created, log into the portal and browse our schedule. Select the class you’d like to try based on your dancer’s age and level.

• Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Stretch/Acro, and more are available for trial.

• If you’re unsure which class is best, feel free to reach out to us at info@baydancecollective.com for guidance.

Step 3: Pick Your Date

Choose the date you’d like to attend your trial class directly in the student portal.

Step 4: Checkout & Payment

Proceed to checkout in the student portal and complete your payment.

• The registration fee is not required for trial classes.

• If you decide to register for the full semester after your trial, the registration fee will then be applied.

• Tuition will also be prorated when you decide to register.

Step 5: Prepare for Class

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your trial so we can greet you and help your dancer get settled. Bring a water bottle for your child! Hair should always be secured back and away from face, if you do not have any dance clothes, activewear will be okay for trial. Step 6: Enjoy Your Trial!

Your dancer will join the class, meet our teachers, and experience the BDC environment. After the class, our staff will connect with you to discuss next steps for enrollment.
